Get Ready With Me: Gathering ♡

Posted by Unknown at 12:36 AM 0 comments
Hello beautiful people! Today I will be showing you how I'm getting ready for a gathering, basically what I'm wearing, how am I doing my make up, and I'm gonna be showing you a few things that I will be bringing in my bag.

To start off, my dress is this bright and beautiful orange color from bebe, and it's pretty flowy and I love it. Now, I don't usually get stuff from bebe but there was this one time when I found out we had a gathering on a short note so I just had to step into that store and find something to wear, and well I found this dress, and now as you can see it's saving me again because in fact just yesterday I had another gathering. This dress is also perfect for summer because it's really flowly and it's not too thick so it won't make you feel too hot. I also really like the little golden pieces on the shoulder part, I feel like they add a little twist.

The shoes I'm wearing are my court shoes (however my friends and I usually call them lady shoes) which I got recently, and I absolutely love them. They are from miu miu and I love how they have the little detailing on the heel which again, adds a little twist. I also like the fact that the heel isn't too high so I wouldn't get tired too fast while wearing them.

My make up is very simple as I don't usually use it much, and I really like going for the more natural look. And I won't really get into my make up routine because I already have a seperate post on that, which you can check out right here. I am however going to show you all the make up prodcuts that I used to give you a little idea of how it is.

Since I am wearing white shoes, I decided why not wear some pearls! So I decided to accesories this outfit with my beautiful pearls by Mikimoto. I really love love love those pearls they are not too big, and not too tiny. And it's so pretty how they have the little gold detailing which also matches the gold detailing on the dress.

Pearl bracelet, necklace and earings ~ MIKIMOTO
For my hair all I do is just let it down, and either straighten or curl it. But you can do whatever you want, you can do a pretty up-do like a bun or high ponytail! Be creative!

Lastly I will be showing you some essentials which I'm gonna have in my bag. My essentials are pretty straight forward and simple. All I have is a mini perfume bottle, and I'm not exactly sure what perfume do I have in there, for all I know it smells really good, I have a mini mascara which was actually a tester I got at the store, but I've been loving it, and I'm actually considering to buy it too, and it's the baby doll mascara by YvesSaintLaurent. I also popped in my Giorgio Armani concealer just in case I need to touch anything up. I put in the lipsticks that I used that day for the gathering which are the Baby Lips "Cherry Me" and Clinique chubby stick "07 Super Strawberry" but you can put any lipstick that you're using for that event. Lastly I have my phone (obviously), and a hair tie just in case.

That was all for today's post, I hope you enjoyed and I hope it was helpful! If you've been to gatherings or parties lately be sure to send me pictures of your gorgeous dresses! Have a good day/night and don't forget to smile :)

Shower Routine ♡

Posted by Unknown at 12:30 AM 0 comments
Hello everybody! Today I will be sharing with you, my shower routine! It's a little different from my other posts since I haven't done many routine posts in the past but hopefully it will be both fun and helpfull for you all.

To begin with I hop into the shower and wet my hair, obviously. After I wet my hair and have the perfect water temperature I use my SP Deep Cleanser Shampoo and my SP Smoothen Conditioner. I really love both the shampoo and conditioner, and they work perfectly. I personally tried different SP shampoos and conditioners but I feel like those two worked the best for me. I also wanted to try out the Deep Cleanser Conditioner but they unfortunately didn't have those in stock. Also, if you're trying out SP for the first time I believe they have the smaller containers so you don't have to get the large one straight away, in case you won't like it. Another thing you can do is consult your hairdresser since she would probably know what type of hair you have and which SP shampoo would suite you best.

SP Deep Cleanser Shampoo and SP Smoothen Conditioner
After I'm done with my hair I move on to the body wash & scrub "Lost In Love" from PINK which was featured in my "PINK Product Collection" post which you can read more about. I really love this body wash, and I love how it's also a body scrub. What I love about the body scrub is that it's not too rough so it's perfect for people like me who have sensitive skin. Also, because I have sensitive skin I use my circle purple loofah which is soft, and I prefer using it rather than the loofah glove which is a little more rough.

"Lost in Love" PINK wash & scrub and loofah
Next thing I do is wash my face with the Natrulift Softening Cream Cleanser from The Body Shop. The face wash cleanses and refreshes the skin, and also gives it a more soft-looking complexion. Also this face wash contains pomegranate seed oil which comes from organically grown pomegranates.

After I wash off the face wash I hop out of the shower, and dry myself up. I also press out any excess water from my hair because for one I don't like to blow dry my hair unless extremely necessary and two because I apply a few pumps of the Kerastase Elixir K Ultime (Oleo Complex) by L'OREAL which makes my hair much softer, and way easier to brush. Also, since I don't blow dry my hair usually this versatile beautifying oil helps it from becoming too puffy and out of place, after it dries up, and gives it a shiny look. I really love this product and I would recommend it to anyone, and everyone especailly because it's suitable for all hair types.

By the time I'm done with my hair my body is fully dried, and so it the time to put on my PINK "sweet & flirty" body butter which was also mentioned in my PINK Product Collection post. I really love this scent and and I have been using it a lot lately, but nevertheless I use my other products from time to time too, and I always like to try out different scents depending on my mood. This time I decided to use this one.

Sweet & Flirty Body Butter from PINK
Now after I dress up and my hair is dry (I know this is not really part of the "shower" but it's still something I do after taking a shower), I like to use the Chanel Chance Hair Mist which I absolutely adore. I adore this scent more than any other Chanel scent, and I actually used to have the perfume in this scent and I'm definitelly considering to buy another perfume like that just because of how much I love it. After using the hair mist I put on any of my favorite perfumes, and this time I decided to use the Flora by Gucci which as you can see I have been using a lot, and I really love it's floral smell.

This was it for today's post! Hope you enjoyed, and hope it helped you decide the next in or out of the shower product you wanna use. Also, if you have your favorite in or out of shower product then be sure to send it to me, and if you try out any of the products that I mentioned be sure to tell me how did they work for you and if you liked them. Have a good day/night, and don't forget to smile :)

Bath&Body Works Candle Haul ♡

Posted by Unknown at 3:39 AM 0 comments
Hello there beauties! Today I'll be sharing the new candles I bought from Bath&Body Works, originally this was supposed to be a collection post but as I was gathering my candles I realized that I only had three left, the rest were all burned out, and so I decided to go out and buy myself new candles to add to the collection.

The first candle is the "Dark Kiss" from the Signature Collection and I infact have a body spray in this scent too. The smell is flowery in a way, but it's not sweet type of flowery, it's more dark-ish, and with an edge. It's really nice and even though it has an edge it, it also has this softness to the smell.

"Dark Kiss" ~ Signature Collection

Next I have the "Paris Amour" which is also from the Signature Collection and it smells a lot like a perfume would, and I honestly love this scent. It has this fresh, flowery and colorful scent which just touches my heart, in a way. It's very loveable.

"Paris Amour" ~ Signature Collection

Another Signature Collection candle that I have is the "sweet pea" which has a really nice and sweet smell, but not an irritable one which is good. It also reminds me of children I honestly don't know why but when I smell it, I think of little cute chidlren, and spring walks in the park. I would definitely recommend you this one.

"Sweet Pea" ~ Signature Collection

From the Sweet Shop Collection I have the "Pink Bubblegum" candle which smells just like bubblegum, and I am not even kidding. Honestly I have no idea why I got this candle, however I think it can be used ocassionaly but not on a daily basis. Also, I think the main reason why I got this candle was because I really like the color, and it matches my room (weird, I know).

"Pink Bubblegum" ~ Sweet Shop Collection

I fell in love with the "Spring" candle from the White Barn Collection the moment I smelled it. It's spring in a candle, literally, and what could be better? Personally, spring is one of my favorite seasons especially because of all the beautiful flowers, and this candle is like flowery spring all year long, just perfect.

"Spring" ~ White Barn Collection

The next White Barn Collection candle that I have is the "Japanese Cherry Blossom" candle and it's smell is absolutely devine, I can just sit here and smell it all day long without regretting anything. It's smell is so on point that it literally feels like you're sitting in a garden of cherry blossom trees.

"Japanese Cherry Blossom" ~ White Barn Collection

Now I have the Provence 2014 Collection "Provence Garden" candle, and this scent reminds me of my grandmother who loves gardening, and all the mixed in smells of different flowers and leaves just brings back so many sweet memories. In my opinion it also has a little tiny touch of cinnamon to scent but maybe it's just me. I love this candle.

"Provence Garden" ~ Provence 2014 Collection

Another Provence 2014 Collection candle that I got is the "Sundrenched Vineyard" scented candle. It smells really fruity and nice, it's also a very happy scent which would lift up anyones mood, it just makes the vibe happier all around with the soft fruity smell.

"Sundrenched Vineyard" ~ Provence 2014 Collection

Lastly I have the "French Lavender" candle which is again from the Provence 2014 Collection, and it is perfect. When I smelled it, I instantly fell into lavender world, and lavender is one of my favorite scents, and flowers. Also, lavender is known to be a "calming" scent, which is pretty good after a stresfull day.

I really hope you enjoyed today's candle post! If you have your favorite candle's to share be sure to send them to me! Have a great day/night and don't forget to smile :)

Book Suggestions ♡

Posted by Unknown at 4:25 PM 0 comments
Hello everyone! Today's blog post is for those who love to read or want to start reading more often. Now even though it's summer it can never be a bad idea to read, and besides we all have those boring moments when we just don't know what to do, so here we go!

The first book is called "Looking for Alaska" by John Green who in fact has a YouTube channel called vlogbrothers . The book is basically about a boy called Miles who goes to a new boarding school and meets new friends, and they begin getting closer and have adventures together, and all that fun stuff. At the end something happens to the girl and a huge twist to everything occurs and they suddenly begin finding out why it happened. (not gonna go into detail because I don't wanna ruin the book). I personally finished reading this book in one sitting, and a few of my friends read it too and loved it.

The next book I will be talking about is also by John Green and it is "An Abundance of Katherines" this book was actually recommended to me by one of my friends who read it too. It's about a boy called Colin who had 19 girlfriends and all of them were called Katherine, and they all ended up dumping him. He then needs to get into a better mood so he goes on a road trip with his friend Hassan, and they end up staying in one city for quiet a long time, and they make new friends and end up becoming friends with a girl called Lindsey. Now personally I am not a huge fan of the story in this book, like I'm the type of person who doesn't really like to engage myself into reading about relationships and all those kind of stuff, I would rather spend my time doing something better than that and learning something new. But if you feel like this is your type of book then well you are most certainly welcome to read it.

Now we have the book called "Legend" by Marie Lu. The book is part of a trilogy actually, and it's about June and Day, who are both people that sacrifieced a lot for their republic. June is in the good graces of the republic, working with the government as Princeps Elect, however Day on the other hand was assigned with a high level military position. They had been totally seperated by their placements, yet they have never expected how the circumstances would reunite them. It's an amazing book, and everyone I know that read this book absolutely loved it. It has a great plot, and theme. I recommend this book to everyone.

Last but most certainly not least is the book called "Galagolia: The Hidden Divination"by the youngest Emarati author to write an English novel, Dubai Abulhoul. The book is about a girl called Maitha, a ten year old. As she was growing up she was told that her mother died soon after her birth, and after the death of her father she finds the portal to Galagolia. There she learns that she never knew anything about her life all along, and she soon inherits the throne of Galagolia. This book is honestly extraordinary, it has such an amazing story and it is honestly unputdownable. I love it.

That was it for today's blog post, I hope you enjoyed and I hope it helped you choose your next book. Also I would like to point out that I have nothing against any of the books or authors and I don't want you to take any negative comments about any of the books as "hate", I was just stating my opinion and I hope everyone can cope with that. If you liked one of those books and have a review or have your own favorite book to share be sure to send it to me! Have a good day/night and don't forget to smile :)

Victoria's Secret Product Collection ♡

Posted by Unknown at 3:46 AM 0 comments
Hey hey hey beautiful people! Today's post is another product collection, but this time for Victoria's Secret. As you can already tell from my previous post, I love devine scents and body products. I've also noticed that a lot of you liked my PINK product collection so I decided to do one for Victoria's Secret too!

The first product I'll be talking about is the "LOVE" fragrance mist which my sister and I have been using a lot ever since we got it. It has a breezy scent mixed with some blossom flowers. It's very refreshing and perfect to use after showers. It also contains Aloe Vera and calming Chamomile. I would definitelly recommend this scent to everyone because the smell isn't too strong, it has just a perfect consistency.

"LOVE" Fragrance Mist

Next is the "Citrus Dream" in the smell grapefruit and red lilly. I like this scent but I'm not a huge fan of it. The smell is a little more how to say, irritating, than the first one and it's also a little stronger. This wouldn't be good for all people so I advice you to think through the options before getting this one. However, it is still a sweet and nice smell, fruity and flowery.

"Citrus Dream" Grapefruit & Red Lilly Fragrance Mist

This next fragrance mist is the Victoria's Secret Angel mist which I love a lot, and I've been using this a lot too. All through the term I used this at school and got a lot of my friends to like it too. It smells a lot like proper perfumes do and it has this edge to it. It's a great mist to use wherever you are! It's smell also stays on all through the day, and you don't even need to spray a lot, a few sprits and you are good to go!

Victoria's Secret Angel Fragrance Mist

Moving on to the spray lotions. The first one I have is the "Very Sexy Now". Now let me explain what a spray lotion is, it's basically like your usual body lotion but this one is for the lazy people how I like to call it, because all you have to do is spray it on and done! No need to sit there rubbing all that lotion on. I really like the scent too it's edgy yet really soft and it's not irritable. It also makes your skin really soft, and it gives a cooling touch which is just perfect.

"Very Sexy Now" Spray Lotion (sorry for the bad picture)

My other spray lotion is called "Forbidden". This one is more exotic and unique, it has it's own smell which is a mix of pear, Jasmine and Amber Wood. This scent is honestly great and I can sit there just smelling it (weird, I know). I would definitelly recommend this.

"Forbidden" Spray Lotion

Moving on to the limited edition "Angel Glow" Moisture Mouse and Perfecting Lotion. The moisture mouse is basically a mouse which you apply to your body, and it just perfects your skin, and it also has a sparkle to it which in my point of view is really pretty. It doesn't have much smell but to me personally it kind a smells like oranges. The perfecting lotion smoothens, brightens and blurs out the look of imperfections. Also the lotion is bronzy in color and gives a kind of tan look to the skin.

Limited Edition "Angel Glow" Perfection Lotion and Moisture Mouse

Lastly, I have the "BRONZE" which is an instant bronzing body spray. So if you wanna bronze up a little bit and look tanned, spray this on and you're good to go! Also, it contains natural Aloe, and it also blurs imperfections like uneven skin tone or texture. I think it's perfect for all those who don't wanna lie in the sun for hours yet want to have a bronze skin tone!

"BRONZE" Bronzing Body Spray

This was it for today's post, hope you all enjoyed and I'm very sorry for the pictures, they aren't perfectly clear but hopefully next time they will be better, today I unfortuantely had a few complications with the picture taking process. Anyway, if you have any favorite Victoria's Secret product be sure to send it to me! Have a good day/ night and don't forget to smile :)

Daily Make-Up Routine ♡

Posted by Unknown at 5:51 PM 0 comments
Hello beauties! I'm surprising you with yet another blog post today! This is something new, and I'm very excited. I don't usually put on make up, but if I do it's very simple, and it looks like you barely have any make up on if any, yet it covers up any blemishes and makes you look adorable (not that you aren't). Usually when I go out to my friends house, or to the mall I like to use this method.

I start out with applying sun protection cream, it's very important because it keeps your skin from the UV lights and as I have freckles (from the sun) it prevents me from getting even more freckles, and with time it even causes them to lessen. The sun protection cream I'm using is the Clinique Super City Block with SPF 40. It's allergy tested, and also oil free.

Clinique: Super City Block SPF 40

The next thing I use is this foundation from Giorgio Armani, face fabric. It's really soft when it glides on the skin, and it's safe for young skin. Also it has an SPF 12 which is extra sun protection! You don't necesarilly have to use a brush when applying this foundation, which again is a plus because when you're on the go or traveling you won't have to carry a brush, just your foundation. In the picture the foundation looks quiet yellow-ish but it's lighter and more skin colour in real life.

Giorgio Armani: face fabric w/ SPF 12

Then I apply my concealer which is again from Giorgio Armani. It covers up just any redness or under eye circles which the foundation didn't cover up. I really like this concealer, and the fact that it comes with a brush is awesome. Also, make sure that you dot it onto your skin instead of like massaging it into it.

Giorgio Armani concealer

To set the foundation and concealer, and to make sure everything is even, and the same color I use my pressed powder from again, Giorgio Armani. (I love their make up, as you can tell) I use a light color and I really love how it sets my make up. It also comes with a little spongy thing, which let me tell you is extremely soft.

Giorgio Armani: pressed powder

Moving on to the eyes! (I love eyes :3) First thing I do is use my white gel eye liner (waterproof) from Provoc on my bottom and sometimes top water line. The bottom is most important, it gives you an awake and fresh look, and it also makes your eyes look bigger, which is a perfect combo!

Provoc: waterproof white gel eyeliner

Next I use one of my favorite mascara's which is the Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara in the color Jet Black. It has a great feel when you apply it, and it doesn't feel too heavy on the eyes. I also like the brush, and pretty much everything about it. I definitely recommend this mascara!

smashbox: Full Exposure Mascara in Jet Black

Also, I like to fill my eyebrows. I use the Chelsea powder (my powder cracked because my cat dropped it off the table) and a dowble sided brush (they come in a set). Also, they come along with stensills but I don't usually use them. The color is not too dark, and not too light but it compliments my hair color and just makes everything even.

Chelsea Beautique

Now, we can't have a full make up look without some lipstick! For lips I used Maybelline Baby Lips "Quenched" which has an SPF 20, and it also softenss my lips (I have very dry lips every now and then), and I also like to use it as a base befor I apply lip colour. For lip colour I use Clinique chubby stick in the shade "07 super strawberry". The chubby stick it self is moisturizing but I like to use it with the Baby Lips, however that is not necessary. The chubby stick isn't this dark red as it is on the picture, in real life, it's a more pink color.

Clinique: chubby stick "super strawberry" & Maybelline: baby lips "quenched"

This is was it for today's blog post! I hope it helped you and gave you some tips on how you can do your make up! If you have any favorite products, reviews, questions, or tips be sure to send them to me! Have a good day/night and don't forget to smile :)

PINK Product Collection ♡

Posted by Unknown at 3:36 AM 0 comments
Hello! I'm super excited to share this with you today! I will be showing and giving you a peak into my PINK collection. I have been totally obesessed with their products lately which have extremely devine scents!

The first product I'll be telling you about is the "sweet & flirty" body butter, which is simply extraordinary. It smells like sugary berries and grapefruit, it's also extremely nourishing, and leaves you with luminous, and super soft skin! Best thing is, it doesn't make your skin oily at all since it absorbs really fast.

"Sweet & Flirty" Body Butter

Now I'll talk about my favorite body washes, and let me tell you, there are quiet a few. Best thing is, they're not just body washes, they're a 2-in-1 deal which include a body scrub! "wild in pink" is the first one I got, and it's the one that caught my attention! It smells like magoes and pure freshness, and it leaves you feeling like a new born baby after taking a shower with this awesomeness. It foams up leaving your skin very gentle. Also, it contains a healthy combo of Vitamin E and C, which nourish your skin.

"Wild in Pink" 2-in-1 Wash & Scrub

Now we're coming to "lost in love", the name pretty much explains it self. You smell it, you use it, and you're lost in love with this body wash. It smells flower-ish, and it's summer, perfect time for floral feelings. Again, it's foaming and contains Vitamin E and C. It nourishes your skin and it also contains coconut water.

"Lost in Love" 2-in-1 Wash & Scrub

Time for some "party in paradise"! This is my latest body wash & scrub, and I have been enjoying it every now and then. It smells very exotic but still has a twist of vanilla. I think it was a quiet risky combo, but it went quiet well together. However, if you aren't a fan of vanilla scents I don't think you should go for this one. I personally, really like the scent and the body wash it self.

"Party in Paradise" 2-in-1 Wash & Scrub

"ready to party"? Yes, we definitely are! After using this flowery and fruity smell, I fell in love with it. And if you like to try out those fruity, pinky, flowery, girly scents then you will, fall in love with it too! I probably say this about every single product, but honestly, I fell in love with this body wash! It's smell brings this warmth to my heart, and it's perfect for this time of the year. Also, just like the rest of the body washes, it contains Vitamin E and C!

"Ready to Party" 2-in-1 Wash & Scrub

I cannot end this blog without adding at least one of my favorite body mists. The one I have been using from PINK is "wild and breezy" and I really like using it after those refreshing, quick showers, because it refills and reboosts my energy, and makes me feel super fresh. I would also recommend to use this after gym class, or at school, work or anywhere in general. When you want to freshen up, this mist will definitely do the job! It's fresh smell comes from the guava and passion flower. Not only does it smell good, but the aloe in it provides conditioning for your skin!

"Wild and Breezy" Body Mist

That was all for today's blog, hope you enjoyed, and hope this helped you choose your next PINK scent! Happy body product shopping! Also, if you try out any of those scents or have your favorites to share, be sure to send them to me, and they might even be featured in one of my blog posts! Have an amazing day/night, and don't forget to smile beauties :)
