My Favorite Quotes ♡

Posted by Unknown at 3:24 PM 0 comments
Hey everyone! Today I wanted to do a quick yet still enjoyable, and a post from which you can find something relatable. Since I am a little more busy today (you'll find out in tomorrow's post why) I didn't have time to really deliver a proper post for all of you but I thought that sharing some of my favorite quotes would be nice.

"The eyes are useless when the mind is blind"

"The words you speak become the house you live in" -Hafiz

"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give"

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen, heard, or even touched, they must be felt by the heart"

"Live as if you were to die tomorrow, learn as if you were to live forever"

"The quietest people have the loudest mind"

"You bleed your heart out, but it keeps growing twice the size it was before"

"Live in such a way that if someone spoke badly about you, no one would believe it"

"Do what you love, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind"

"Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while and leave footprints on our hearts and we are never the same"

"If love blinds you from seeing the faults of the one you love, then hatred blinds you from seeing the good things in the one you hate" -Abdul Aziz bin Marquz At-Tarifi

"It is this belief in a power larger than myself and other than myself which allows me to venture into the unknown and even the unknowable"

"People are prettiest when they talk about something they really love with passion in their eyes"

"Always choose to heal not to hurt, to forgive not to despise, to preserve not to quit, to smile not to frown, and to love not to hate. At the end of the life what really matters is not what we bought, but what we built, not what we got, but what we shared, not our competence but our character, and not our success but our significance. Live a life that matters, live a life that cares"

"In life people will hate you, rate you, shake you, and brake you, how strong you stand is what makes you"

"People are often unreasonable and self centred. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives, be kind anyway. If you are honest people may cheat you. Be honest anyway. If you find happiness people may be jealous, be happy anyway. The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway. For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway" -Kent M. Keith

"When I'm not feeling my best I ask myself 'What are you gonna do about it?', I use the negativity to fuel the transformation into a better me"

That was all for my favorite quotes post! Just a disclaimer, I didn't post all of my favorites and have so many more and I might even do a part 2 on this in the future. Also, there were so many more I wanted to add but couldn't find or remember. Moreover, if you have a favorite quote that really stands out to you I would love to know which one it is! Have a lovely day/night and don't forget to smile :)

I Didn't Like 'The Fault In Our Stars' :/

Posted by Unknown at 10:17 PM 0 comments
Hey everyone! Today I decided to twist things around and for a change rant about something I didn't really enjoy. As you all know, I only post things that I enjoy/like, and all my book or product reviews are always about things I like however this time I decided to have a post on something I didn't enjoy so much.

When I first started reading the book before it got famous I really liked it to be very honest, but as I got to the middle and end I wasn't very happy, quite disappointed actually. It seemed like a very typical teenager-romance-type-book, and I understand that it was related to cancer and fighting a hard stage in life and I have absolutely nothing against cancer patients, and in fact I myself happen to know numerous people who have faced cancer at some point in their life. The idea of cancer wasn't the problem really, I kind a liked that idea actually, however the fact of how they fell in love at first sight isn't very realistic and I feel like it's used in so many stories already. Also, the metaphor used about the cigarette is a little controversial because I feel like it can bring up a wrong message and encourage more teens to take on smoking even though Augustus didn't actually light the cigarette. Also it can affect teens when coming to other situations such as playing around with guns or knives but not actually hurting someone, or other related situations. The fact that the mother allowed the two teens to go to the authors home on their own is a little shocking because you wouldn't expect a mother to allow two teenagers to go to a practical stranger's home especially in a totally new, and unknown place. Moreover, the overly intimate relationship between Augustus and Hazel that's displayed in the book is not very appropriate in my opinion and I believe that something that's not right to do shouldn't be portrayed in a book, especially in a book for people of younger age, since at a younger age people get affected and influenced by the things around them more. The book just made it seem like the things they did were totally fine, and for some teeangers this may seem as a source of encouragement, and a portrayal of "norm" when it totally is not.

Obviously the book wasn't totally bad and I appreciate every writers piece but I guess this was just on a more no no level for me personally, and I think that this is an overrated book. What I did like is that both Augustus and Hazel were living their life as the people that they are and were just themselves. Anyway, everyone has their own opinion on something and I thought I would share mine on this book.

I would like to know what you guys thought of the book, and if you agree with me or have different views on it. Have a lovely day/night and don't forget to smile :)

Flash Tattoos Review ♡

Posted by Unknown at 8:00 PM 0 comments
Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing good! Today I decided to review the flash tattoos which have been going around lately. In case you didn't know, flash tattoos are basically like normal stick on tattoos except they're more like jewelry so it's like bracelets or other jewelry-like pieces in black, gold or silver colors.

I don't think it's such a bad idea and it's kind a fun to play around with. Also, it's great because it stays on pretty well! But I guess that mostly depends on the place you get it from but everything I tried has worked well so far. Here in Dubai, in Etihad Mall in front of Union Co-Op there's a hair clip stand and there they have a couple of rows of these flash tattoos with different shapes and designs so you can check it out there, and at Galeries Lafayette in Dubai Mall! I'm sure however that there are so many more places you can find them in, including many instagram accounts which you can easily find by simply typing in "flash tattoos". Moreover into the review, the tattoos are not irritable and nontoxic, and they look really cute. I feel like it's a great way to add a statement piece or just a fun jewelry-like piece to your outfit whether it's just for going out or for some gathering! Also they're very affordable and come in packs of different designs/colors/sizes which is another positive factor. It's definitely a great thing to add to your outfit/look and to spice everything up a little bit!

The only down side to this is you can't really change those up on a daily basis like you would with normal jewelry since it's stick on and stays on for a week or so, unless you try different powders/oil/scrubs to get them off or if you don't mind having many different pieces at one time.

Sorry, the pictures today weren't too great, but overall I hope the post was helpful. If any of you try out the flash tattoos I would love to see how they turned out and what are your thoughts! Have a great day/night, and don't forget to smile :)

Wearing Makeup ♡

Posted by Unknown at 8:58 PM 0 comments
Hey girls! Today I wanted to address a wide spread topic that we all know and face as girls.

Ever since a young age we messed around our moms makeup and decorated walls with bright red lipstick, but now we're all grown up and have found interest in the application of makeup ourselves. However, I decided to address this topic and devote this post to it because I feel like so many people are using makeup because of deep insecurities or are using it in huge unnecessary amounts especially during this young and critical age.

I agree, most girls use makeup on a daily basis now a days and I understand that, I myself use makeup every once in a while, but sometimes I stop and ask myself why. I'm a fourteen year old girl and I'll still have so much time to play around with different products later on. Our skin is so precious and delicate, and it's really not worth penetrating and ruining, when really your skin is lovely, and it's also young! The best and most important things for us now are a healthy diet, washing the face on a daily basis, and moisturizing! Honestly, you're all beautiful in your own way, and it doesn't matter who tells you otherwise, as long as you are happy with yourself and as long as you see your own beauty, it will shine out of you!

Of course I am not telling you to totally cut out makeup and never use it again. If you love it, and that's what you're passionate about go ahead do it, but it really isn't necessary to apply it every single day and especially in drastic amounts. If there is something that you're really not happy with choose very light and soft concealers, and be sure to use good moisturizers prior to application. And remember, all those pimples and zits will go away, and there are so many different creams out there that can help get rid of that, I personally use the Benzac AC gel (click here for review) which works like a charm, however using makeup to cover it up will make everything so much worse, and the process so much longer, and we definitely don't want that! Moreover, a lot of girls, including myself, have freckles, and absolutely hate them. And I always wanted mine to go away, and in my case they're not natural and are caused by the sun so in that case using sun protection cream will lessen that. But if your freckles really bother you and you don't know what to do, honestly let them be, I learned that from personal experience, and I learned to embrace them. It's a part of me, and that's just another thing that makes me who I am! Always look at everything in it's brightest light, and be confident of who you are! You don't need makeup to cover up your beautiful freckles or anything else on your beautiful face!

The next aspect of this topic that I want to address is the overuse of makeup which is something I've been noticing a lot in our generation. As a matter of fact I have been noticing so many youngsters using such a large amount of makeup, and honestly it's sad, when I was 9 I didn't even know MAC existed, or any of the other brand. Not just kids but teens and adults too, you really don't need the overuse of makeup. That drastic usage will be the cause of your wrinkles, and the wearing out of your face, that will be the cause that will force you to wear more and more makeup. But really, if you think of it, makeup is made to enhance your present features not to detract from your beauty or to ruin your face completely. Besides, overusing colors and products isn't only not very healthy but it doesn't always look that good either, and I totally understand the fact that some people are passionate about full on colorful makeup looks, but not all hobbies are best for your health or wellbeing right? You could always express your talent when going to certain occasions such as weddings or gatherings, and it won't affect your face as much since you don't do it on a daily basis. Just be sure to keep it in the right quantity and boundary, and put your natural beauty first!

I would like to end this on a very happy note, and wrap it up by saying that you all are honestly beautiful. I haven't seen you all but I'm sure that each one of you is beautiful in their own way, and the little spots and imperfections are what make you who you are! Also, beauty isn't affected by your looks only it's affected by what's inside, and what your character and personality are. Whatever is on the inside is always manifested on the outside, and your great character and kind heart will add to your outer beauty, and you will always look lovely!

Have a lovely day/night beauties, and don't forget to smile :)

Favorite Fashion/Beauty Accounts on Instagram ♡

Posted by Unknown at 1:32 PM 0 comments
Hey everyone! Today, I decided to share with you all, some of my favorite instagram accounts for things like beauty, fashion, diys, reviews, and etc. The main reason why I decided to do this post, is because I often search all through instagram and jump from page to page in hopes of finding the account that will have exactly what I want, and it can be very frustrating, so I decided to save you all the searching and hopefully some of these accounts will suit your needs!

Beauty:

The first account is by this girl called Aisha, and she does reviews on different products she uses, and gives her tips on things, and shares her favorite things too. She's also very open to discussions and everyone sharing their opinion on things too which I think is great, because it's like every girl just shares her own tips too and everyone finds help for the thing they had problems with. Also, she shares other things like instagram or even youtube account suggestions, and things like app suggestions, and websites for online shopping. However, her account is private so you need to request in order to view her posts, but once you do, I guarantee you finding something suitable for you! (well at least I hope so)

The second account is @beauty and they basically share loads of tips and tricks on beauty related aspects, and product reviews too! I really like how they have different types of posts ranging from crazy makeup to subtle looks, colorful nail art to simple nail art, and so much more. I also I love the fact that they incorporated different hairstyles into their account which makes it a full on beauty account. Also, lots of their pictures are taken from other accounts, but they obviously give credit so they're basically like a booklet of posts taking you to different accounts which will be more centered around the specific thing or category you're looking for.

The third account is @hudabeauty, which most of you most probably know about but I decided to share anyway! I absolutely love her make up tips, and how she has both simple looks, and the more intricate ones. Also, I love the tips she posts on smaller things such as eyebrows, or nude lip, and etc.. I also really want to try out her fake eyelashes, however I don't really think it's suitable for my age and I haven't really tried fake eyelashes before but maybe somewhere in the future xD

The next account is @nailsartvidss. The main thing I like about this account is they post frequently but in a normal amount, and the owner doesn't slack off on the account. I also enjoy simply watching nail tutorial videos even though I know that if I try some of these I will probably suck and fail, hahah. However, it's great how they post these step by step sped-up videos, and it really explains it well, and their content is pretty cool, and wide ranged too, for different preferences, and seasons!

DIY:

I have one suggestion for a diy account, and that's @diy. They have diys for almost anything, ranging from food to clothing, to things like dream catchers! Also, the steps are very clear and on point which in my opinion makes everything so much easier. And there are a few things that I am considering to do from this account. If any of your are artsy and like making your own things, I really think you should visit this account and try out some of their DIYs (I would love to see pictures of things you did btw!)

Jewelry:

The one account that I want to share for this category, and that I really kind a fell in love with thanks to tumblr. I just really enjoy the story behind every charm, and how each represents something of it's own. I also feel like it would be a simple yet cute and very heartwarming gift! The charms might seem very laid back and not at all worthy but I think it's kind a cute and everyone can find something that suits their hobbies, obsessions, and many other aspects of their life! Very personalized feel :')

Clothing:

The next few accounts are those where you can buy clothing items. The first is, @kindatumblry and they sell all sorts of things, from bracelets to books, and shoes to hoodies! Their account is also private (at least it was last time I checked) so again, you need to request in order to see their content, however I definitely think that you might find something that you like, and they have things for different tastes. Like, I personally came across a few stuff that I didn't really fancy on their account yet a load of other people absolutely loved them. Also, they ship worldwide so that's a win win for everyone!

The next account is @raxhed_designs. He sells hoodies and shirts with different designs or phrases on them, however he hasn't been selling recently however will be back soon. I like the fact that his sales are personalized in the view that each piece of clothing has it's own twist or meaning behind whatever is written or portrayed on your hoodie/shirt. Also, you can get your desired shirt/hoodie in the color that you prefer which is another way to make it more your own! Now, the thing I'm not very sure of is if worldwide shipping is available or if this is UAE only..

Now I have another sweater account for you all, but I don't think this one is really for everyone. @m_sweaters has more colorful and graphic sweaters than @raxhed_designs who mostly has simple and laid back prints and colors. @m_sweaters does have some pretty nice things though, and I did find some of their older hoodies which I really liked and considered to get. I think these hoodies would be nice to add as a pop of color and some of your own style at a time when you're not really in the mood of dressing up or picking out an outfit, or are simply having a laid back day with your friends and want a graphic hoodie or something with a pop of color. Also, they ship worldwide!

Next is a dress account @the_mozah, which is more of traditional clothing which isn't very worldwide spread however worldwide shipping is available, and if any of you ever want something more middle eastern for a certain gathering then you can most certainly check out this account! She also has a range of different styles of dresses and tops which can be worn on different occasions. For my Emirati readers, you might probably know of this account and I would love to know your feedback if you order from Mozah and how you liked your dresses because I was looking into maybe getting something once I find the dress I really like!

Lastly I have @fmmbyfatmaalmulla. She sells a range of things such as dresses, tops, laptop cases, iphone/samsung cases, pencil cases, and more! She has her own trademark style, because you can notice her products all having her own twist, and a touch of the Dihn ElOud which you will notice when going through her account. Also, I like how even though the dresses might be full of color and different patterns, they still look cute.

Well I'm hoping you read to the end and found something you were looking for! If you did and decided to order something or have your favorite beauty/fashion account on instagram I would love to know more about it! Have a good day/night, and don't forget to smile :)

All Time Favorite Starbucks Drink ♡

Posted by Unknown at 1:47 PM 0 comments
Hey everyone! Today I thought of sharing an extra post, and talking about my all time favorite starbucks drink.. Now, I know that a lot of people find starbucks "overrated" but for me personally, if I like the place then I will like it regardless if it's "overrated" or not. I mean, not everyone goes to a certain place just because everyone else so happen to like it, or for the sake of being like everyone else. :)

Anyway, moving on with that. A lot of my friends, and the person at the cashier, taking the order, pull a slight giggle when I mention the drink I usually order, because it's a little too "caramelly". And I don't really know how I came up with this combination, it's nothing really fantastic or out of the ordinary, but I can't make out when I came up with it. I guess that the main cause of me having it with so much caramel is because the regular caramel frappuccino just wasn't sweet enough, hahah.. Getting into the drink, my favorite is "Caramel frappuccino with extra caramel, caramel up and down, and cream and caramel on top" it sounds so long and over caramelly when you write it on text hahah, but really it looks a lot like a regular caramel frappuccino, but with more flavor, and I just prefer it that way..
not the best picture, sorry xD
That was my all time favorite drink from starbucks, yet I still enjoy the Toffee Nut Frappuccino/Latte during the winter time! If you enjoyed this post I would love to know, and maybe in the future I can have more "What do I order in ___" type of posts, and we can share our favorite food/drinks from certain restaurants or cafes! I would love for you all to share your favorite starbucks drinks, and tell me what you think of this one if you ever decide to try it! Have a good day/night and don't forget to smile :)

Product Review: Spa Wisdom Africa by The Body Shop ♡

Posted by Unknown at 1:45 PM 0 comments
Hey everyone! Today I decided to review two products that have worked pretty well for me, my mom, my sister, and basically everyone else I know who tried them out. Both the products are from the Spa Wisdom Africa collection which you can find at The Body Shop!

The first is the "Honey & Beeswax Hand and Foot Butter". This product definitely does the job when it comes to curing dry skin, it works like a charm and keeps your skin smooth, soft, and moisturized, without making your dryness any worse, unlike some other creams, which enhance your skin at first but later ruin it even more. I personally tried a lot of different creams from a lot of different places including The Body Shop, but from there specifically this one is probably the best, and we have been rebuying and restocking these ever since we first found it. Another pro of this product is that it isn't greasy one bit, which is perfect because I personally cannot stand greasy environments. Also, it works its magic almost immediately which is perfect. Furthermore, it contains certain ingredients such as lanolin, shea butter, honey and beeswax, and ximenia which is an oil extracted from a tree in Africa, all these ingredients combined make even the driest of areas on the skin smooth, hydrated, and soft.

Spa Wisdom Africa: Honey & Beeswax Hand and Foot Cream
The second is the "Shea Butter & Sesame Oil Body Balm" which is also related to moisturizing, and curing dry skin. This one is a more full body type of cream, and it's also in a bigger jar which provides more product to use. This one is perfect for after showers, or after spa, as a way to treat your skin and ensure a soft skin journey throughout the day. Just as the first one, it absorbs quickly and is not greasy, it also barely has any scent which is good for those who prefer the unscented creams, and since it's scent-less it won't interfere with any of the other perfumes you use. Lastly, it's not heavy at all which is something I always look into when judging a skin product, because having light and breathable skin products is always the best option.

Spa Wisdom Africa: Shea Butter & Sesame Oil Body Balm
The two products are a little more pricey than other products I came across at The Body Shop, however I found it worthy of its price, and it really did it's job! If you try it out, I would love to know your results, and if you have your favorite cream to share I would love to know more about it! Have a lovely day/night, and don't forget to smile :)

Obsessing Over Jo Malone ♡

Posted by Unknown at 5:25 PM 2 comments
Hey everyone! And welcome to the first day of daily blogging and first day of winter break! I hope you're all doing good and are as excited as I am for this "daily blog season"!

Today, I decided to share my Jo Malone obsession and collection, but before I get into it I wanted to tell you all a story that brought me to this post (because I obviously wouldn't have a post without products).. About a year ago I made a friend who is one of my closest friends now, and she never really stopped portraying and talking about her deep obsession and love for Jo Malone. Now, I personally never payed attention to the store much in the past, but she made me tempted to try it out. I smelled a few scents and dearly enjoyed them, but never really got my hands on any until a few weeks ago when my moms friend got me a gift box from London with 5 Jo Malone scents. You can probably imagine my reaction at that point.. Thank you to her and her great perfume taste! I've been using these perfumes daily ever since and I decided to open up my daily blogging season by talking about a new obsession!

To begin with, I have the "Blackberry and Bay" scent which I probably love most. Its smell isn't too sweet and it isn't too soft either. It's a perfect mix of in betweens. I feel like this scent would suit almost anyone, and it's definitely great for mixing with others, and on it's own too. It has this slight touch of florals yet still having this deep edge which makes it unique yet familiar, at least to me..

Blueberry & Bay
Next I have the "English Pear and Freesia". This is another favorite, and for some reason whenever I smell it, it reminds me of warmth and hugs. It has a sweeter smell than the first one, yet it's not annoying, it's just right. I feel like it's a more summery morning-evening scent rather than a night one, however I did wear it out at night and it fit into the feel perfectly. It might sound a little weird talking about scents and times of the day, or seasons, but it does in a way have an effect, you just have to notice it. I've gotten many compliments and remarks when I wore this one, and all the others too actually but I guess this one kind a just stood out.

English Pear & Freesia
The third scent I got which was the "Lime Basil and Mandarin". This is an interesting scent, and it isn't really like anything I owned or smelt before, and I believe this one is perfect for mixing. It has a stronger scent with a touch of freshness, and a slight tinge of lime. It's a cute combination, however I believe this one should be sprayed in less quantities, because 1 or 2 sprays will definitely bring out it's scent, and it'll be perfect!

Lime Basil & Mandarin
The fourth scent is "Tuberose Angelica" and another one of my favorites. It seems like I'm calling each a favorite, and it's actually very true. They're all so divine and unique.. It's amazing :') This specific scent is more rose-like yet it isn't a very defined type or rose scent, on the contrary it's a more soft and breezy rose, mixed with touches of other things. This actually reminds me of a perfume which I had earlier called "In Love Again" by Yves Saint Laurent. And I loved that perfume, it was an absolute fvaorite, in fact I was very glad when I smelled this, and it felt like home.

Tuberose Angelica
The last, but most certainly not least is the "Dark Amber and Ginger Lily" scent. This one has a more defined and on point scent, and I feel like it's very professional and "business-like" in my point of view. It smells like soft, yet dark lily petals and amber. (Sorry, this picture isn't very clear)

Dark Amber & Ginger Lily

Now I wanna talk a little bit more about mixing different scents and putting scents together. Obviously you can play around and mix whichever ones you want, and I personally created a lot of different combinations with the five that I have. However, Jo Malone offers a little brochure called "Tailor Your Scent" which you can use to basically know about the categories some of the perfumes belong to, and how can you mix your favorite scent to either make it fresher or warmer. I personally found this pretty helpful, and also very inciting!

That was all for my Jo Malone post! I hope you all enjoyed it, and if you have a favorite Jo Malone scent I would love to read more about it! You can contact me through any of the sources on my Contact Page! Have a good day/night, and don't forget to smile :)

November Favorites ♡

Posted by Unknown at 4:06 PM 0 comments
Hey everyone! And hello December! The last month of this year, it's crazy how quickly time has passed and the year is coming to an end. I decided to start this month with a Favorites post for the past month like I usually do at the beginning of each new month. Before I get into the post however, I would like to mention that I won't be able to do weekly blogging for the next few weeks because exams are starting and everything will be so much more hectic than it already was, however during my winter break I will have 2 weeks of daily blogging and I'm hoping you'll all enjoy that! Also, today, 2nd of December 2014, is the 43d anniversary of my beloved UAE! Happy National Day UAE! ♡ ♡ ♡

My first favorite for this month is the Amorino perfume called "Soul" I've been using this so much throughout the month, both alone and mixed in with other scents. When I first got this, I didn't really understand the perfume and doubted using it but after a while I went into some kind of obsession with it and have been using it daily ever since. It has a slightly strong smell yet it still has a sweet-like twist to it, and everyone around me has been noticing and complementing it too. (It doesn't actually look that green in real life)

My next favorite for this month is a Giorgio Armani lipstick in the number 103, and it's from the Rouge Ecstasy collection. It's a very pretty nude color which gives a very pretty look to the lips, and it also gives a nice and healthy feel in general and it's just simply lovely. There isn't much I can say about it except the fact that I really like the color, and the feel of the lipstick. Giorgio Armani is definitelly one of my favorites when it comes to make up.

Thank you so much for reading and putting up with my slacking off the past month! I hope you enjoyed this post and I hope you have a good day/night! Don't forget to smile :)

Quick Update! ♡

Posted by Unknown at 11:45 PM 0 comments
Hello everyone!! I am so dearly sorry for being so inactive this month, and for so rarely posting. School has been very pressuring and exams are on the way so I won't be able to post then either! During winter break I'll try my best to post daily and hopefully make up for what I've missed. Again, I am tremendously sorry! Hope you're all safe and doing well, have an incredible day/night, and don't forget to smile :)

Product Review: Formula X Nail Polish ♡

Posted by Unknown at 3:58 PM 0 comments
Hey everyone! And welcome to a new month of blogging! It's crazy how the year is coming to an end already. Seems like just yesterday I saw all these happy new year posts for 2014 but anyway, hope you're all good and safe! Today I decided to review the formula X nail polishes that I got recently and really enjoyed, and decided to share with you all in case you were looking for a suitable nail polish brand.

I recently got into some kind of obsession with black nail polish and everyday I kept telling myself how I needed to get some, so I went over to sephora and decided to try out the X Formula nail polishes, and now I honestly regret not buying the whole rack. I really like these nail polishes and how with just a few strokes you get this perfectly pigmented color, and best of all they don't take too long to dry. I really like how it spreads the color so evenly too, not only that, for some reason I really like the packaging and just everything about it, haha. Really glad that I didn't change my mind about getting these!

Lets talk about the colors that I got. Firstly I got this pretty pink color and it's called "Unstoppable", it's really pretty and everyone around me has been enjoying this color too, it's not too dark and it's not too light, it's this perfect pink shade. The other color I got, is obviously black and it's called "Dark Matter", I like the dark feel to it, and black is one of my favorite colors in general, so why not have it on my nails every now and then?

Regarding the price, I personally think that they are not over-priced at all, and are definitely worth it!

That was all for my nail polish review! If you have a favorite brand be sure to comment below, and if you tried out the Formula X nail polishes I would love to know your favorite color! Have a great day/night, and don't forget to smile :)

3 Step Clinique Skincare Routine ♡

Hey guys! Happy weekend everyone! Today I decided to share with all of you a skincare routine that I have been following, or have been "trying" to follow, everyday. With school and everything I rarely get enough time to just chill out and do things at a slow pace so I don't really have time for all the three steps and long procedures but I still felt like this was an important part of my day and I had to try keeping it up, besides the steps don't take too much time which is probably the thing I love most about this, it's beneficial yet not too time consuming.

The first step is the liquid facial soap, which is for dry combination skin. It's fragrance free, allergy tested and fully developed by dermatologists. It's a very gentle and soft feeling face wash. It's perfect for skin that's more dry in the cheek areas, and comfortable to oily in the T-zone. This always leaves my skin feeling fresh, very clean, and tremendously comfortable. It's also non-drying, and I sometimes even use this on it's own when I'm late in the morning and barely have any time for anything.

The second step is the clarifying lotion which is also for dry combination skin. This is a very comfortable and non-drying exfoliator that very gently removes dull, and dry flakes in order to uncover the skin that's vibrant and glowing, by rubbing off the dead skin with a cotton disk slightly soaked in the lotion. I love how this just freshens up the skin, and makes it so healthy looking, feeling, and being just with a few sweeps a day.

The third and final step is the dramatically different moisturising gel on which I have a separate review over here! This one is for combination oily to oily skin unlike the others, and I got this one just because I didn't really like how the one for dry skin took longer to absorb, and in general just didn't like the feel for some reason, but of course that is according to preference. This has improved my skin texture, and it especially works well after the two previous steps, because the two previous steps ensure that you have a very clean and fresh face.

That was all for today's post! Hope you enjoyed, and I hope this helped you in some way. What are your favorite skincare products, or what's your routine? Have a good day/night and don't forget to smile :)

Product Review: Posie Balm by Benefit ♡

Posted by Unknown at 12:51 AM 0 comments
Hi all! Today I am doing yet another product review, and this time I decided to review the Posie Balm by Benefit!

This balm comes in different shades but I decided to get Posie because I definitely liked it the most, but you can obviously choose whichever shade suits you better, the shades aren't very vibrant yet you can see a slight difference when you apply the different shades on to your lips. It has a very pretty natural-like color, and a faint fruity-ish sweet smell which I cannot really describe, so you'll have to trust me on word, it's not so bad, I actually really really really enjoy it, it's amazing. Another thing I really like about this, is it's very soft on the lips and it gives them a very nice, and healthy feel. The application of this feels very smooth too. I also like how this lip balm is not sticky, and not too thick and heavy. It moisturises the lips, and has a conditioning effect. It's like a little combination of a lovely scent, a pretty light color with some shine, and a hydrating lip product! Perfect combo for everyone! I definitely recommend this.

I hope you all enjoyed this product review, and if you do get the posie balm I would love to know what you think of it! Hope you all had a great weekend and a good night/day, and don't forget to smile:)

Italy (Milan - Pesaro - Milan) Day 4 ♡

Day 4!!

I didn't take many pictures today as I barely had any time. We woke up at 5am and set off to the station in order to get to Pesaro for an exhibition by Biesse. We missed our connection train from Bologna and ended up going on to Florence, and afterwards had to go back to Bologna. It was super hectic and tiring, however we did make some friends and met lots of great people. When we got to the exhibition, it was great there too, and everyone was super sweet and welcoming. When we were done there we decided to take a ride into town and see shops over there before our train back. When we were done with that, we took the train back to Milan, which another tiring and long journey, and we ended up reaching at almost 12am, but it was alright in the end.

I am not going to post Day 5 since that's the day we flew back to Dubai and there are no pictures from the airplane or any of that.. But hope you enjoyed the Italy trip! And if you did I would love to know if you want me to post pictures and day summary's next time I travel. Have a lovely day/night and don't forget to smile :)

Italy (Milan) Day 3 ♡

Here is Day 3!!

Today was a day of walking. We wanted to go to a shopping place that was pretty far from where we stayed, and we didn't exactly know the streets or anything. After the taxi has left us and were done with that shop, which we didn't really like, we decided to go back to another place. However there were no taxis and we didn't even have a phone to call. We figured out things after long walking through different place, and coming across different shops. Finally we found the taxi number and went where we needed to go. We got back to Duomo quiet late, when all the stores were closing, however we did get to go to La Rinascente a second time, just before it's closing. It was a very tiring, but fun and adventurous day!

Hope you enjoyed, have a great day/night and don't forget to smile :)
